Sharron Lawton RS-84042

Sharron Lawton, a native of the island nation of Barbados, has lived on Maui for over 23 years. She
graduated from the University of the West Indies with honors earning a degree in Business Management.
After graduating, Sharron traveled and explored the world. She has visited Africa, Asia, Indonesia, Europe,
and backpacked through South and Central America. She has lived on multiple islands in the Caribbean
and is an expert on island lifestyle and real estate. Sharron and her husband arrived in Maui in 1996. She
has lived in many locations on the Island and is most intimate with the Kula, Haiku, and South Maui area.

Sharron, her husband, and 2 children are a very active outdoors family. They enjoy much of what Maui has
to offer, hiking, surfing, paddling, and more. One of Sharron’s favorite events is participating in the annual
Road to Hana relay. She has played an active role in her children’s extracurricular activities such as soccer,
competitive cheer, martial arts, ballet, music, and singing.

Sharron worked in the Luxury high-end hospitality industry for 19 years. This professional background
has provided her with an extensive understanding of Maui . She also spent five years working in the
mortgage industry. This knowledge of the lending process has been invaluable to her in the real estate
field. Sharron has bought and sold a number of properties and is very comfortable with the process.
